National Incubation Center Lahore (NICL) is an initiative by the Ministry of IT & Telecom and Ignite, housed at Vogue Tower. Led by NetSol Technologies with a consortium of industry-leading partners, we provide mentoring, training, and investor access to Pakistan's most promising startups.

We are committed to ensuring that minimum 25% of our cohort comprises women-led startups — building a more inclusive and diverse innovation ecosystem.
